1. Returns

1.1. You have 10 or ten calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

1.2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it and send us the video while opening the parcel.

1.4. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

1.5. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

2. Refunds

2.1. Once we receive your returned item and inspect it for compliance with our return policy, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

2.2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your bank account. Please allow up to 10-14 business days for the refund to be processed, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

2.3. If you haven’t received your refund after the specified period, please contact your us immediately.

3. Non-Refundable Items

3.1. Certain items are not eligible for return and refund, including but not limited to:

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Perishable goods.
  • Gift cards and digital downloads.

4. Exchanges

4.1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges for returned items. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired item.

5.1. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 2-3 calendar days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

5.2. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed and, if applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund.
